Dr. Al is trained in several chiropractic techniques specifically geared toward the individual needs and his or her presenting problem. He uses diversified technique, low to non-force methods, Activator method, Thompson’s and Sacro-Occipital Technique and various soft tissue/myofascial release techniques and specialized corrective exercises. Other forms of therapies used; Electrical Muscle Stimulation, Therapeutic Ultrasound and Heat/Cryotherapy.

Other body work methods are also available to compliment the Chiropractic Adjustment such as: Reiki, Manual Trigger Point Release, Meridian/Acupressure Therapy and massage therapy. We have a list of CAM providers that are on and off site that we can refer you to.
